Taking the leap of faith to leave his Premier Relationship Manager role and joining Manulife Financial Advisor five years ago has been one of the best decisions Adrian has ever made. Today, it has been 3 years since he established a dedicated agency known as ADR Group. The current headcount of 50 is set to grow exponentially with a good structure and system that has helped to maintain a near-zero attrition rate.

Adrian believes that “Attitude Defines Result” and that has shown in his lauded award history. From attaining his own MDRT in 2016, he has also bagged New Unit Of The Year in 2017; following with 3rd Unit Of The Year in 2018, 2nd Unit Of The Year in 2019 and the coveted Top New Branch Of The Year for 2020.
